What is a VPS, and what is it used for?

A VPS (Virtual Private Server) is an isolated virtual server with its own dedicated resources — CPU, RAM, and disk space — running on a physical server shared with other customers. We use only our own servers. All servers run in a single data center in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Is port 25 (SMTP) open?

Yes, port 25 is open on every plan.

Can I set up reverse DNS (rDNS/PTR)?

Yes, you can set the rDNS record for your IP address yourself in the control panel.
